For over 3 years, I conceptualised and wrote engaging advertisements at Strat Agency for Chemist Warehouse. These advertisements showcased the biggest brands in health and beauty for a national and international audience and were shown across TV, radio, Meta, TikTok, in-store and digital channels.

Chemist Warehouse Brand:
Beauty Break

Chemist Warehouse’s signature beauty commercial focuses on cosmetics, skincare and beauty brands. This omni-channel advertising package showcased a feature product with a unique 30 second TVC, 15 second cut-down and in-store activation combined with a comprehensive media plan for mass scale reach.

Creating Beauty Break

Following Chemist Warehouse’s “glow-up” narrative and the client’s brief, I wrote this script and vision to champion Revlon’s lipstick range while adhering to a strict production budget. After approval, I then created the storyboard that visualised the shots and supers to internal and external stakeholders. For this Beauty Break, I chose to highlight the natural ingredient of the orchid extract by including a cheery, flower shop location.

Chemist Warehouse Brand:
Healthy Break

Hosted by Laura Geitz in Australia and Honor Carter in New Zealand, the Healthy Break package offers mass scale reach with a customised 30 second TVC featuring an engaging storyline. Like Beauty Break, this omni-channel advertising package would blend a 30 second TVC, 15 second TVC, in-store activations and website banners.

Creating Healthy Break

Using the “problem/solution” narrative of Healthy Breaks, I wrote this script and vision while adhering to strict AdCheck standards surrounding pharmaceuticals. After approval, I then created the storyboard that visualised the shots and supers to internal and external stakeholders. The script and on-screen supers list the approved supplement benefits, while the talents are shown to be starting a new health journey with visuals of new shoes and their successful running montage.

INC Sports Nutrition approached Strat Agency for ongoing socials content for their Instagram platform. I curated and posted socials content that fit seamlessly into their established brand, while also incorporating new photography and reels of their Brand Ambassadors each month.

I pursued a Bachelors degree in Journalism and History due to a love of sharing stories. Now, I have written short and long-form content on a range of topics such as architectural design, wedding fashion, metal recycling and product descriptions for scientific equipment. My published content includes blog posts, web copy, feature articles, marketing brochures and social media copy.
